Short version: we collect what we need to hold your reservation, keep it safe, never sell it, and delete it when it's no longer needed.

This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of order-humanoidgen3.info (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or reserve an Optimus Gen 3 unit.
For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].
02What we collect
Information you give us
- Reservation details — your name, email address, delivery country, chosen configuration, number of units and, if you choose to tell us, what you plan to use the robot for.
- Correspondence — anything you send us by email, including attachments.
- Marketing preference — whether you asked to receive build updates.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page and the date and time of your visit, recorded in standard server logs.
- Consent and preference records — your cookie choice and your preferred unit system, stored in your own browser (see our Cookie Policy).
- Usage statistics — only if you accept optional cookies: aggregated, anonymised counts of page views.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect special-category data such as health information. Please do not include such data in the optional free-text field.
03How and why we use it
We only use personal data where we have a legal basis to do so:

05International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area or the UK. Where that happens we rely on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (and the UK Addendum where relevant), together with additional safeguards where needed.

07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data;
- restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, usually by writing from the email address used for your reservation.
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) you have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
08Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and least-privilege access for staff and providers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data in a way that creates a risk to you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
09Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10Data processed by the robot
This policy covers the website and the reservation process. Data processed by an Optimus Gen 3 unit itself (for example, camera and microphone data in your home or workplace) is covered by a separate product privacy notice that you will receive before delivery. By default, that data is processed on the robot and is not uploaded.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant and you have a reservation, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
