Short version: reserving is free, holds your place in the queue, and you can cancel any time before you accept a final quote.
01What a reservation is
A reservation places you in the build queue for an Optimus Gen 3 unit in the configuration you selected. It is not a purchase and does not create an obligation for you to buy.
- No payment is taken when you reserve on this Site.
- Reservations are served in the order they are received, per delivery region.
- Your queue position is shown in your confirmation email.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts. Batch 01 delivers to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Reservations from other regions are accepted and will be served in later batches.
03Final quote and purchase
About eight weeks before your build slot, we will email you a final quote. It will state the price, taxes, delivery charges, delivery window, warranty and the sales agreement that applies.
- You decide whether to accept the quote. If you do not respond within 14 days, your reservation moves to the back of the queue once; after a second non-response it lapses.
- Prices shown on the Site are indicative. If the final price is higher than the price displayed when you reserved, you may cancel at no cost.
- A deposit may be requested when you accept the quote. Deposits are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
04Changing or cancelling
You can change your configuration, delivery country or number of units, or cancel your reservation, at any time before you accept a final quote by emailing [email protected] from the address you reserved with. Cancelling costs nothing.
05Transfers
Reservations are personal and cannot be sold. You may transfer a reservation to a member of your household or, for business reservations, to another person in the same organisation by contacting us.
06Our right to change or cancel
We may adjust delivery dates or specifications while the product is in development, and we will tell you about any material change. We may cancel a reservation that appears fraudulent, duplicated or made in breach of our Terms of Use. If we cannot deliver to your region, we will tell you and cancel the reservation at no cost to you.
07Liability
Because no payment is taken, our liability in connection with a reservation alone is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
